One of the most used integrations for mosparo is the WordPress plugin. The plugin is compatible with many other plugins, making it very easy to use mosparo on a WordPress website.

Over the past year, we received suggestions to make the plugin compatible with additional plugins. For some of these suggested plugins, the mosparo plugin received a new module, while it’s impossible for us to implement mosparo in other suggested plugins.

In April 2024, we received the question of whether mosparo is compatible with the WooCommerce account forms. The mosparo plugin was incompatible, so we put that idea on our task list. Two weeks later, a completely different user, nmcodeeu, sent us a pull request on GitHub with the required functionality to protect the WooCommerce account forms with mosparo.

We reviewed the pull request, worked on it, and merged it into the mosparo Integration plugin. The additional module was added with the mosparo Integration plugin v1.10.0, released two weeks ago.

The new version (v1.10.0) offers an additional module called “WooCommerce Account”, which protects the login, registration, and lost password forms with mosparo. It’s now also possible to turn the protection with mosparo on or off by the form (for example, protect only the login form, but not the registration or lost password forms). This option is available for the WordPress and WooCommerce Account Forms modules.

Additionally, we’ve added an info message regarding JavaScript optimization plugins and improved error handling for the “Refresh CSS URL” functionality. We also found some issues regarding the tables on the plugin’s settings page and resetting the password in the admin area, which we fixed.

We want to thank nmcodeeu for the work and the pull request.

The updated plugin is available via the official WordPress plugin repository. Install the plugin directly in WordPress or download it from the plugin page.

If you have suggestions, issues, or general feedback regarding the WordPress plugin or mosparo, do not hesitate to create an issue on GitHub or send us an email to feedback@mosparo.io.
